Modernizing a Movement for Safer Streets
We partnered with the Conor Lynch Foundation to reimagine their digital presence from the ground up — developing a brand identity, responsive website, viral PSA campaign, and modern fundraising infrastructure. Our work helped transform the foundation from a heartfelt cause into a platform capable of driving widespread awareness, community engagement, and ongoing donor support.

Challenge
The foundation was born out of tragedy, but lacked the branding, infrastructure, and visibility to grow its impact. With no unified identity, outdated technology, and minimal media presence, the team struggled to connect with a larger audience or activate donations at scale. They needed a modern, heartfelt approach to bring Conor’s story to life online and on the streets — with the credibility and clarity to inspire action.
Results
Through a complete redesign of the Conor Lynch Foundation’s digital presence, we were able to modernize their online identity while maintaining the heart-centered mission behind the cause. We launched a responsive website that made donation flows frictionless, increased accessibility across devices, and simplified volunteer and event signups. In parallel, we evolved the brand identity, creating a new logo and visual system that gave the foundation a refreshed, credible feel, while still honoring its emotional roots. These changes significantly amplified engagement and visibility, positioning the organization for greater growth and community impact.

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

“ With our new visual branding and language in place, the new Shopify brand clearly captures the essence of our current and target customer base, our employees, and our values. ”
